This project came from a continued curiosity about Danish culture that I explored in ‘My Senile Summer’ project however was now looking more introspectively. I found that in the previous project I struggled myself to break the unspoken attire rules and trends so the aim of this project was to tackle my own clothing fears and rules. The idea is Beach Club E is a Digital beach club whereby the rules are all my clothing fears in an environment where showing your body is encouraged and everyone is “relaxing” but all looking at eachother. Beach Club E in many ways is my own personal purgatory.
